How We Do It

Olly & Company works with multiple vendors that follow a 14-day return policy, during which Olly & Company must inform the supplier that a customer would like to return an item.
The item must be undamaged, unworn, and unused with tags still attached within 14 days of the notification that the item will be returned.
Olly & Company will also provide a return/refund policy for any damaged or defective items as long as any claims are placed within the agreed upon 5 days of the item being received.
Customers will contact Olly & Company with any requests for return and Olly & Company will then contact the supplier.
